You can receive the following error if you try to run the Enhanced Windows Backup Setup program when you are logged in as a user without Administrator access.

Error 1303: The Installer has insufficient priveledges to access this directory

To solve this problem, log out and log in as a user with administrator access. If you cannot do this, then contact your organisation's IT manager and ask him/her to install the software for you
