This error occurs when EWBackup cannot locate the NTBackup.Exe program.

This most usually occurs when trying to use EWBackup on Windows XP Home edition or Windows Vista.

Windows Vista is not supported.

Windows XP Home is supported but requires that you manually install NTBackup. See http://www.softswift.com/Support_Kb.aspx?kbname=howto-install-ntbackup-xp-home
