Normally you can use the Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs functionality of Windows to uninstall Enhanced Windows Backup. This should remove all files, registry settings and start menu shortcuts.

A few small settings are retained so that subsequent installations or upgrades of Enhanced Windows Backup can benefit from earlier settings and configurations. Very rarely, some files and/or registry settings that should be removed by the uninstaller are not successfully removed by the uninstaller.

Once you have uninstalled, it is safe to simply delete the following folder which contains the software itself, if it has not been removed already.
C:\Program Files\SoftSwift

During the use of Enhanced Windows Backup, it records your settings and configuration under the following folder. This contains a very small amount of information which is picked up if you re-install Enhanced Windows Backup. However if you never plan to re-install then you can delete this folder.
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SoftSwift

Within the registry, the software records certain configuration information under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SoftSwift\EWBACKUP

Some of the information here is retained to assist with a re-install. However if you do not plan to re-install you can delete this registry key and the ones beneath using REGEDIT.

If you have no other SoftSwift software installed on the system, you may also delete the parent key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SoftSwift

The Uninstaller does not delete or remove any backups folders or files. It is up to you to decide whether to delete these. You can still use these backups in the future to restore information by using Windows Backup (NTBackup) itself, even if you have uninstalled Enhanced WIndows Backup.
