New Features (since 1.1.1004)

• New icon for Enhanced Windows Backup
• Log file now shows latest entries at the top and auto-scrolls to show latest at top
• Backup engine automatically starts when the program is launched
• The config, log and selections are moved to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SoftSwift
• Only one instance of the program can run at a time to avoid confusion
• Log file now has extra useful messages such as size of completed backup file
• Installation has now got a repair feature
• Notification Icon Context Menu has been simplified
• New Support Incident menu item added to Help menu
• The software defaults to auto-starting when a user logs in so that backups operate on schedule without having to remember to enable this feature
• Configuration file missing warning message is not shown the first time a new version of the application runs

Fixes (since 1.1.1004)

• Job Names cannot use non-filename characters to avoid problem with consistency between job name and selections file name
• Cancel button on Job Editor works
• The problem with the /START parameter not working is no longer an issue due to new features
• If the software encounters a fatal error on startup, a message dialog is shown to help diagnose the problem
• Fatal errors due to locale date/time format differences are eradicated
• Uninstall removes the SoftSwift folder under C:\Program Files
• Help sometimes failed to launch from menus - fixed
• Various other small bugs fixed
